Hi, I’m Manoj.
I'm a proud husband and the father of two beautiful girls.
I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 8 years. I have a passion for helping people 40+ like me "oops did i say that out aloud" feel and perform at their best — physically, mentally, and emotionally.​
I understand your schedule is demanding, and your body doesn’t always bounce back the way it used to. That’s why my coaching is personalised, efficient, and built for long-term results — not quick fixes.
