Hi, I’m Manoj.

 

I'm a proud husband and the father of two beautiful girls. 


I’ve been a certified personal trainer for over 8 years. I have a passion for helping people 40+ like me "oops did i say that out aloud" feel and perform at their best — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I understand your schedule is demanding, and your body doesn’t always bounce back the way it used to. That’s why my coaching is personalised, efficient, and built for long-term results — not quick fixes.

You don’t have to train like a 25-year-old to feel incredible at 40+. You just need the right plan — and the right coach.

My approach is rooted in science. I consider each client’s unique genetic profile, hormone balance, lifestyle, and movement patterns. This allows me to design truly customised programs tailored to your data, goals, and real life — so you can get maximum results with minimum guesswork.

Most importantly, my goal isn’t just to help you get fit — it’s to be your long-term support system. I’m here to guide you through every phase, challenge, and milestone of your health journey.​​

I also have a ​ special interests in Exercise Referral, which allowed me to work closely with medical professionals — including GPs and consultants — to provide safe, effective sessions for those managing chronic conditions such as:-

  • Depression/Anxiety

  • Osteoporosis

  • Cardiovascular disease
